Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days of receipt.  Sometimes, during peak times (like holiday orders) or overwhelming deliveries, some shipments may be slightly delayed. If you are purchasing items for a birthday or special occasion, please contact us so we can make sure to get you your item on time.

***Please note that some custom jerseys take about 4-6 weeks to complete.  If you selected a shipping option for a custom item, it would ship upon completion, and you will receive an update.

How can you track their order?

Once the shipping label has been created you can track shipment via the email with the tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Are sale or clearance items returnable?

Sale items may be returned within the return policy guidelines. All sales are final on clearanced items.

What should you do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
